This Kingman rental property is 12’6” x 80’. It has a great front room with a nice ledge to display your products or information, a nicely outfitted office, and a sizable back room that can be used for storage or a workshop.

The last tenant required an office space with lots of electrical outlets. We hired a professional carpenter to do the remodel and worked with the tenant to include the cost of the remodel to his rent. We recognize the importance of removing walls, making modifications and customizing the unit. Once a contract is in place, you are welcome to make those necessary changes with our approval. If you want to do the work yourself, there is a hardware store a mere 45 ft away for paint or other supplies! If you cannot afford to make the necessary changes or you aren’t really into DIY, we can help. We can, with our team of professionals, facilitate the remodel. You could then pay these costs as one up-front charge, or we could amortized the cost and add it to your base rent as we did with the previous tenant.

It is one block from our historic post office and one and a half blocks from a UPS and FedEx pick up location which is great if you have to mail your product. Within walking distance there are 5 great restaurants, including our favorite, Smitty’s, which is rated in the top ten of small restaurants in Kansas!
